Working together

These terms cover the general shape of how LYOH Studio takes on and delivers work. The specifics of any individual project (scope, timeline, price and deliverables) are agreed separately in a proposal or contract before work begins; where the two disagree, that project agreement takes precedence over this page.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are estimates based on the brief as we understand it at the time. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start on it. Payment terms are set out in the project agreement; unless stated otherwise, we ask for a portion upfront before work begins.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the agreed final deliverables are yours to use as intended. Working files, unused concepts and our own tools, templates and internal processes remain ours. We are happy to be credited for public work, and will always ask before using project material in our own portfolio.

Timelines

Timelines depend on prompt feedback and materials from both sides. Delays on either side can move delivery dates, and we will always flag that as early as we can.
